Sorry, forgot description: Not too many people know this, but the hover turret is an unused robot in Portal 2. It emits a laser simular to a normal laser; however it can not interact with the mechanics. It takes time for the laser to charge as well. To see him, use the cheat code: ent_create_hover_turret
